Unauthroized charge

  Please reverse the unauthorized charge made on Mar. 2 2021 to Mr. Johnthan Cardiff’s visa account.

  If this is not resolved we need to report it to VISA fraud department.

  Kindly ensure that no further charges are made to his account. He does not have any wordpress products for which he can be billed.

  Do you know what was the upgrade was the charge in connection to? I could not find anything in our system from the information you provide? If you know Mr. Cardiff’s site URL or account username, that would be helpful as well.
