Unavailable pages

Hi, atm I have a huge problem with pages not showing up in my blog. sometimes when I re-click them they appear but mostly they dont tho everything is there. what is the reason for this? I need my pages to be available since they have reference pictures in it.

No help from me (still a newbie) but I am having the same problem and I have just spent all day (australian time) trying to make my blog more visible….. arrggghhhhh!

edit: yea, mark, problem resolved. wonky net access i s’pose; i can’t access links on the first click, have to keep refreshing in order for them to load, so assumed it was a wp bug. =)

sulz – I see your blog, posts work, the About page works. Try clearing the browser cache?

I know you are replying to Magicfairy, but hopefully they are having the same problem. I have not used the right terminology. I try and reload posts and nothing or just the header comes up. When I try and click on catergories (marked ramblings) nothing but the front page with the latest posts comes up. I am really new to all this so I apologise in advance if I have done something wrong.

I see intermittent faults and right now it is being worked on.

Sry have been out working in the garden^^ Just came back in and checked – still the same problem. Refering to swgalaxie.wordpress.com atm, thats the one blog I mostly use :)

to be more specific – I see “about” and when I click on a “latest posts” link it works too, but f.e. “diary” and “interior design” with all its lots of sublinks do not show up, says it cant find the page (not sure the exact english phrase^^)

Just wondering, but would these faults also cause the tag cloud and the “Post Topics” dropdown to return a 404 error?
I’ve just been trying to find a post on my own blog and decided to use the (WP) tools that I have provided to visitors in the sidebar, and all that I’m getting are
Error 404 – Not Found.
Search something maybe?blog is http://www.stusshed.com (http://stusshed.wordpress.com)

Same problem on my 2 blogs. I changed all categories with an “-” before and deleted the “-” for the subcats… same problem again. Good luck in solving it. However they work correctly as tags in general.

Sry for having to say that but I found something that wasn’t that way before, looks like an error to me – I changed the categories of this post http://swgalaxie.wordpress.com/category/interior-design/garten/ to “Garten” and “Hausverkauf” and took the category “Diary” out. Now it does show up under Garten + Hausverkauf and no more under Diary like I wanted – BUT in the header it still shows Garten and Diary as Categories. I tried closing and refreshing and all that but it still doesnt change to the new categories.

Each day, my “About Me” and “Links to my work” pages keep disappearing, leaving an Error 404 page. They reappear when I go to edit and press save again on each page.
Can anything be done?!
