Unavailable plan payment

Hi,
My Personal plan has been expired, and I can’t pay for a new plan. I get this page, but there is no button to add to the basket. Any idea?

You can renew your plan in the Manage Purchases section of your Personal Settings.

I think you’re signed in to a different account than the one that actually owns your upgrade. You’ll need to get signed in to the correct account in order to process the renewal. Can you tell me which site is connected to the plan? I can help you find the right account with that information.

Hi there,
That site was on the Business plan but you have canceled that plan and the domain has expired.
Are you getting some error when you try to select a plan from the Plans page?

Yes, at the first time it was on Business plan, a bit later I canceled because the personal plan was more than enough for me. Now, I can’t select any of the plans, there is no option to select a plan.

Are you trying to choose your plan from https://wordpress.com/pricing/ or at a different screen?
