  Did you have a custom domain that expired or was your site deleted? Could you please verify the website you are trying to reinstate?

  I’m not sure what happened. I believe it may have been a custom domain that expired but again not sure.

  It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead on GoDaddy of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

  I would check with GoDaddy support to see what they recommend:

  You could also try searching on the WordPress.org support forums for similar issues. If you cannot find anything that works, you can start your own thread. The forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already.
