Unbanning or unblocking someone

  Hi there someone got banned and blocked from my site unintentionally and it wasn’t by me, I would like them to be unbanned or unblocked but can’t see how to do it, how can I do those please

  You might find them in the My Site > Settings > Discussion area, under Comment Moderation or Disallowed Comment Keys.
