Unblock accidental "referral spam" clcik

Googling has found a lot of people asking the same issue. In some cases, the answer seems to be “Nothing you can do, but it’s not really blocked anyway,” and in some cases a mod seems to have the ability to unblock a site.

Great that it’s not a ban, but I’d still like to know whether I am getting referrals from tumblr.com. And … why CAN’T we see our own list and modify it ourselves? It seems like extra work for you guys this way. And/or make it clearer that clicking on the “spam?” stopsign marks the site as spam, instead of popping up a dialogue, which is what I expected to happen. And/or leave the undo option up there indefinitely.

Especially if it’s not really a ban, it’s just information. I can’t understand why it would be this way.

Regardless, can anyone unflag tumblr for my site? I have reason to believe it’s a big referrer and I’d love to be able to track the numbers.

    Hi hauntedspoons,

can anyone unflag tumblr for my site? I have reason to believe it’s a big referrer and I’d love to be able to track the numbers.

I’ve removed tumblr.com from your spam referrers list.

If you accidentally mark a referrer as spam, you can undo this action. However, it’s something we will need to do for you once you’ve navigated away from the Stats page:

    Jetpack Stats

Marking a referrer as spam won’t block the traffic from that source but it will prevent those stats from appearing on your Stats page.

    I hope this helps!
