Uncap Domain from one WordPress.com site to add to another

  I have two sites and would like to eliminate one by adding that domain name to the other I have. How do I do that exactly? I would like to add itlnbrt.com to jenniferfgarcia.com so if either address is typed in it will take them to the same site.
