Uncaught Error: Class ‘Normalizer’

    Hi there. After last update i found this error:
    Uncaught Error: Class ‘Normalizer’…………..
    and i can not access my admin control panel.
    What can i do?
    How can I install the previous version that worked?
    I can’t do anything anymore because I can’t enter the admin page!
    Can someone from the wordpress support staff install the latest version for me?

    Hi there:

    To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    Since we take care of WordPress software updates for all sites hosted with us, it sounds like you’re using the WordPress software on your own hosting provider.

    We don’t have any access to nor any ability to affect sites not hosted with us, so I would recommend you reach out to your hosting provider for help as they have that access and can help find and fix the problem.

    Thanks for the reply but it not answer to my questions and do not fix my problem.
    How can i acces my admin page?

    The site does not use our managed hosting solution from WordPress.com. We don’t have any access to it for providing insights and/or troubleshooting. We aren’t able to provide an answer for that reason.

    Running your own WordPress installation does not come with support like what we offer here at WordPress.com. You’ll need to ask your hosting provider for help. Some of them provide WordPress support. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network on https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
