Unclear bill

I was billed $xx as a subscription fee for my site last year, however I was only on a free 1month premium trial. Now I have been sent a reminder that my subscription is due in a couple of weeks! How do I cancel this? My site still shows I’m on a free plan, I’ve reviewed my purchases and cannot find any purchase. Please help

And also, details that which Plan is the email informing you will be charged for?

Can you tell me which site is mentioned in the renewal email? I should be able to find the correct account with the site address.
There is not a history of any upgrades or charges billed to this user account though.
