Unclear info
-
Hi
I was reading a WordPress blog by writer Jenny Diski, wanted to comment and was requested to set up a WordPress account. Good idea though unexpected and I did.
I’ve received an email containing several links to info I clicked on the first which I assume is my blog. It took me to a dialogue which asked me to request an email verification. I’m now 20 mins into wanting to make a comment on Jenny Diski’s blog with an uncertain sense of whether I have an account and whether I’m really just wading through a click farm?
Please advise for a good customer experience!
Kind regards

You do have an account now. Are you able to return to her blog, and comment now?
Keep in mind, the comment might not appear immediately. The blog owner might elect to review all their comments, before publishing them.

Yes, thank you very much.
I’m now thinking of ‘what to make my blog’ about.
Kind regards
Paula
