  how do i uncode html code for example Click Here!
  to appear on the blog for advertising etc., Pleas guide me step by step to for uncoding.

  Advertising is, except for a couple very narrow exceptions, not allowed on wordpress.COM. For the exceptions, see the last sentence under “Affiliate marketing blogs” in the bottom set of bullet points in the “types of blogs” link below.

  Bottom line: Advertising on a wordpress.COM blog will get your blog suspended or deleted.

  First, I don’t understand what “uncoding code” means. Second, advertising is not allowed in wp.com blogs.
