Unconnecting Shared Services

  I’m the administrator of the site above. I was in a hurry (bad) and misunderstood the directions pertaining to sharing services like Twitter and Google+. In Publicize I clicked on share connection on all relevant services.
  For the foreseeable future I’m the only person authorized to use this account. How do I reverse this “shared connections” snafu?
