Undeletable Comment in Spam
-
I have a comment in the Spam section that I cannot delete. When my mouse goes over it, the Not Spam/Delete Permanently options are not shown, and there is no tick box to the left of the comment so I can’t select it.
When another (new) comment joins the other one in Spam, the problem comment does have the options and the tick box, but they do not work. When I click Delete Permanently, the screen refreshes and the comment is still there (same with tick box, delete).
As soon as the other spam comment is removed, the problem comment again cannot be selected and the options below it are gone again.
How can I delete this comment? Thanks.

Howdy,
I removed that comment for you.
Could you try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies?

Thank you very much. I don’t see the comment anymore. Only, in the Dashboard under Right Now I see this:
Akismet has protected your site from 570 spam comments already.
There’s 1 comment in your spam queue right now. However, I have no comments at all in the spam at the moment. I cleared the cache and cookies and restarted the browser (Chrome).
A minor issue but if it’s easily solved, please help.

It looks like it’s back at zero now. The counters don’t run in real-time, so it probably took a bit to reset.
