  On the bottom of your Admin page you will find a link to the step by step Learn WordPress.com blogging Tutorial prepared by Staff. http://learn.wordpress.com/

  The support documentation link http://en.support.wordpress.com is also on the bottom of your Admin page.

  I guess undelete is the wrong word. Can you get back a doc after permanently deleting it from the trash? I know I may have just answered my own question, but thought maybe there was a way.

  Permanently deleting anything means forever gone.

  From the relevant support doc I linked to above:

  Important: Once you choose to permanently delete an item from your Trash folder, there is no way to recover or restore it!
