  I was trying to learn how to build a site in wordpress. I deleted it thinking I would just restart, but that is not the case. I want to see if I can get back the address eavesjewelry.wordpress.com

  A staff member recently said they’re experimenting with allowing blogs to be recovered. Try going to http://wordpress.com/start/ and see if you can register the blog again. If that doesn’t work, then unfortunately that blog can’t be reused because it’s the normal policy of WordPress.com not to allow blog names to be reused once deleted: https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
