  Does anyone know how to set up the settings so the website says under construction… Other than literally putting under construction?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We don’t have an ‘Under Construction’ page option, but you can always make the blog private while you’re getting it ready:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  Only you and your blog’s other registered users would be able to see it until you switched it back to public.
