Under Construction (or similarly functioning plugins) should be standard

    For some reason, I was able to install this plugin to my computer, though my account does not allow me to upload this plugin to my site. I honestly believe that this is a really useful plugin in general, as sites often take a while and many people to create. The intermediary steps to a presentable site are often too messy and unprofessional to display. In addition, this is useful as soon as a domain name is obtained, as people visiting the site would immediately know that something is coming in the future until it arrives.
