  hello, i’m Yunito owner of otohelps.com/wp which is using wordpress template from softaculous. just today my website gone down with problem ‘Service Unavailable. The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later. Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.’ and i can’t do anything to make it up. any ideas?

  Hi!

  From the domain helper it shows that the site ( otohelps.com/wp ) is not hosted on WordPress.com. Please note that there is a difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  As the site appears to be using a self-hosted installation of the software please use the WordPress.org support forums:
  https://wordpress.org/support/
