  For the section Visitors to our Users’ Websites in the Privacy policy, does that include people who visit the website but are not registered into WordPress? Or is it only for those who are registered?

  So it is stated that this portion of the privacy policy Visitors to Our Users Websites refers to the ‘users of our users” so does that mean that the data being collected is also on people who visit our websites? Even those who are not registered into WordPress?
  Even websites that are payed for?
  Does that mean anyone who visits a word press website has to agree to the Privacy Policy also?
  Or does ‘users of our users’ only imply people with WordPress?
