All CSS editing is theme specific editing. Staff provide CSS editing support. They can view private blogs. If you want Volunteer support then you can make the blog public. To change blog visibility to Public go to > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 1. See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settingsIf you prefer not to do that please be patient while waiting for Staff to work their way forward to this thread.

I don’t help with CSS editing. I answer only the most repetitious questions posted here day in and day out and I’ve been at it for 9 years. However, the good news is that other Volunteers do provide that free service. All you have to do is be patient and one will respond here. -
Hi there, to underline the text on the current page menu item, add the following.
.current_page_item a, .current-menu-item a { text-decoration: underline; }You could also do a bottom borderline and then have control over the thickness of the line. It also spaces it down a bit more from the text.
.current_page_item a, .current-menu-item a { border-bottom: 4px solid; }You could also change border-bottom to border-top and have the borderline above the text.
