Underline Post Title

  Hi. I’m trying to underline Post Title.
  I’m not a coder, though I can figure out a little bit with internet help.
  I saw this code line and think the answer is there, but can’t figure it out: (not including the #):

  How can I underline the post title ?

  PS. I’m using a site template, and when I click on “Post Title” in the editor, it does not give me the option to underline… anywhere.

  Any help please ASAP?

  I’d really like to either underline the “Post Title” or change the color of the text.

  This seems to be about the last thing to change before getting going.

  Most of the rest seems figured out, but I’m still tweaking.

  Please advise ASAP. THANK YOU.

  Hi. I have looked and can’t find a working solution anywhere. I’m not a coder but I seem to be able to find ways to tweak other stuff, just not this.

  I am using Windows 11 desktop. I am using one of your given templates that I’m trying to tweak for my taste and use. So far, so good with this one exception.

  I am just trying to change the format of the text for the Post Title area, where it says “Add Title”. It does NOT even show up as “Block” so I can do anything with it.

  I tried looking for a way to try changing code, but the code for that field is nowhere to be seen. I can’t change font color, can’t underline, add code, move, resize, bold, italic, nothing at all.

  All I want to do is be able to change font color or underline. Maybe try small caps would really be nice if I’m honest.

  Please tell me, is it broken or am I missing something?

  Actually, they’re not underlined. I found some way to make them links. Ironically, I can’t remember how I did that.

  Where was that? And also, how can the “Post Title” font be changed without altering the global template, if it even can (ie: italic, underline, color, different font)?

  Hi there,

  The option to underline text is not in the formatting dropdown, but instead is found in the text decoration option in the sidebar (when the block is active)

  You can see how it is done in the video at this link.

  THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I finally got it, and more. For some reason, those options didn’t show up before so either my browser fixed itself, or it was fixed on WP’s end. Either way, I sincerely appreciate the assistance.
