Underline under links

I would like to remove the underline under links. The forums I find all give the answer that some lines of code need to be added, but they do not explain where the code needs to be added. Thank you.

    Hi there!

You can add custom CSS code by following the instructions here:

    How to Add Custom CSS
    6 min read
This feature is available on sites with our WordPress.com Premium, Business, and Commerce plans. If your site has one of our legacy plans, it is available on the Pro plan. Depending on your site’s theme, CSS can be added through a CSS editor available at two different places. Customizer Global Styles You can use the CSS editor to customize the appearance of your WordPress.com site.

You can add custom CSS code by upgrading your site to the WordPress.com Premium plan or higher, as your current plan (Personal) does not support custom CSS code. You can upgrade using the link below.

Once you’ve upgraded, we can give you the CSS code that you can add to your site. To help us write the code, can you answer the following?

    1. Do you want to remove the underline from links across the entire site or just the menu?
    2. If it’s just the menu, do you want to remove it just on the homepage or the menu on the other pages as well?

Once you’ve upgraded and have answered the above, we will give you the CSS code to add to your site.

    Regards
