Underlines Under Jumping Code

  I’m trying to build an FAQ page with jumping links (http://bmcipad.wordpress.com/faqs) The jumping is going ok (‘d be happier if the first line it jumps to was fully visible instead of being cut off) but I’m not sure why the text is all underlined when you mouse over the text it jumps to. Thanks!

  As I’m adding to the page, the underlining/flickering has stopped for the old questions, but persists with the newly added ones.
