Underlying server-side issue with a web server header configuration

  • Unknown's avatar

Hello. Users who sign up to my newsletter through my homepage (built with Seedprod) don’t automatically get added to my newsletter list (I use Mailchimp for my newsletter). When I go onto “Connect” section of my Seedprod page, it just buffers forever and I can’t get into my integration details to check what’s wrong.

Seedprod told me that the issue is due to an underlying server-side issue with one of my site’s web server header configurations. They recommended I reach out to my hosting provider’s technical team regarding the error seen in the screenshot below.

For reference, this error is seen in the browser console while navigating to the “Connect” panel while editing any of my landing pages.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide with this issue.

    Regards,
    Maria

  • Hi Maria,

Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider, so we don’t have any control over how it works.

Please contact support for the newsletter plugin/service you’re using directly for help with this. Or if you need your hosting provider, that’s Bluehost.com in this case.

For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
