  What is the likely source of a visit to a blog when the referrer appears to be an email account, such as the following: by128y.bay218.mail.live.com/mail/Inbo…”

  Perhaps someone sent a link to your blog, or a post on your blog, in an email to a friend. Also, if you have email updates set up on your blog, those will show up as an email referrer when a person clicks on the link in the email they receive announcing a new post on your blog.

  Also, if you include a link to your blog as part of the signature in your emails, if people click on the link in your signature, you will see an email referrer.
