understanding menus..

  I was attempting to update my menus and in the process I lost the categories I had.
  So when I was reentering the subjects to add to my menu I somehow got all the categories in my “photo gallery”
  showing on top of the menu bar. I thought I was able to retrieve the menus I had before I lost them, but don’t.

  Can someone walk me through how I can delete my current menu that you see on the home page, so that I can start from scratch?

  sorry, I sorted it out earlier in the day. I was updating my menus last night around the
  time WP was having server problems. Hence my post.
