Understanding my website

  Hi there. I’ve been hired for some freelance work to overhaul IEC’s company website. I created a new site for them under my personal account, and was hoping to transfer that site to their account so we can make it live with their domain. Every time I try to transfer it using their email associated with their WordPress account, I’m told their is no active account under that email address. Is there a way to fix this OR is there a different way to get my site to their paid account?
