Understanding the logic of letting people know you were going to charge them to fully use their service?

No need to respond. I signed up thinking this would be a long term service I wouldn’t need to pay for, I didn’t see any prices. I loaded the site for the first time to see that I have a limited number of responses, 2,500 to be exact. Why? I understand that you can upgrade to Pro or Business to have unlimited but is that it? $5 or $10 just to get more answers? (I didn’t look at the prices just guessing) Weird to lock up the one thing people are looking for JUST to make money and if we wanted to use your service infinitely, we would just delete our WordPress and Crowdsource account and recreate it after I assume we can just SCREENSHOT the results. Androids are normally this bad in terms of software quality (probably because it’s open source lol) and basically, I just don’t find this response limit as smart as your subscription “scheme” sounds, but not like we can do anything about it, it’s up to you guys/gals whether you change that or not. Just a quick heads up lol. Anyway I don’t expect you will change this anytime soon so this will be the last day I’m on here (Again nobody’s gonna care if I leave anyway) And uh, yeah. You guys have a nice night, or day, whenever you read this.

  • Hi there,

I’m not sure what you’re referring to here.

The WordPress.com free plan never expires, and we don’t impose any limits on the number of posts and pages you can publish, the number of comments you can make on your site or anyone else’s, including comment replies, nor even on the number of free sites you can create in your account.

We don’t offer any service or feature called Crowdsource either.

Can you give some more details on what responses you’re referring to, and also include a link to the WordPress.com site you need help with? The account you’re using to post here was only created a few hours ago, and doesn’t own any sites with us.
