Underwhelming Video Support
-
Just now when the video upgrade was purchased for this blog, it’s function is still unavailable after a few minutes. Can this be solved now?
Endless “Getting Started” windows come when I try to post a video. WordPress.com’s upgrade subscriptions used to be available immediately. Apparently this has changed and purchasers aren’t notified at purchase, as would be the smartest thing to do. Derp.
Also, at least 75% of the time’s I’ve needed WordPress.com support, you say your’re offline. All-in-all, it’s not your support which distinguish WordPress.com from its competitors. If fact, I’m not sure what does any more. This platform is sold as an assisted DIY solution when help takes far too much work to come by for what’s being charged ($60 for a vid upgrade), and it’s not WordPress.org where you’re expected to know your coding chops.
So I’m actually annoyed and will remember this when the time for renewal comes around.

The upgrade is definitely active on your blog.
Have you tried uploading videos following this guide?
If so, at which point do you run into trouble?
