Thanks for letting us know about that spam site. I have reported it to our ToS department here at WordPress.com and included a link to this thread so they will take care of this for you. -

No matter what your friend may know the bottom line here is that we users cannot remove subscribers from public blogs.@elenacoleman
Staff will be available on Monday. Then you can use this link to report the subscribers to them. After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form. -

I did report the site you linked to above. It’s best not to post the URLs. into forum threads. In the future please go to the site in question. On the top gray navigation bar under “Info” there is a dropdown menu. Simply click “Report as span” and our ToS department will investigate the site and act on the issue.P.S. Best wishes with your blog. :)

We are quite formal here at WordPress.com. The rule of thumb for posting any answer into a technical support forum thread is unless you are convinced your have a correct answer that will resolve the issue, and can back your answer up with links to relevant information don’t post.We do have a forum where you can socialize. Please go to the Off-Topic Forum and locate other bloggers to chat with there.

I hope you mean to be helpful, but please refrain from telling us you will “ask my friend want me to ask him” how to do something on WordPress.com.
Some of your comments, lacking actual advice of any sort, pertain only to wp.ORG sites. Keep in mind such behavior makes you look as though you are intentionally spamming these forums.
I know that you really want these forums to be helpful, useful, and we all want correct answers to questions easy to find. If you don’t have specific knowledge, then please, don’t comment.
