undesired window on top of my header

  This is an strange thing happening here.

  In my blog: blog.medicadiet.com a window with text appears on top of my header. The text is an spanish translation of the word “that”.

  It happens with every browser and every device. In fact is in the coding of the web (view-source:http://blog.medicadiet.com/ ).

  If you browse inside posts, it disappears. It only happens in home page.

  Can someone help me with this?
