Undesired Zoom on Background Image on Mobile

I’m experiencing a drastic zoom-in on a columns background image on the mobile version of my site. The zoom is not represented in the mobile view of the themify builder, only on the actual device. I’ve only been able to view it on an iPhone so far, but it appears in both safari and chrome.

Specifically, it’s the image under the words “Want to carry Hye Cider?” towards the bottom of the screen at https://hyecidercompany.com/cider/

I have reset the styling on both the column and the row to try then reassigned the background image to try and clear up any conflicting styling settings and have searched the forums for similar issues, but cannot determine the cause. Thanks in advance!

  • Hi there!

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:

You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
