  Hi Staff,
  Staff need details to assist.

  When did you purchase an upgrade?
  When did you apply for a refund?
  Which upgrade did you purchase apply for a refund for?
  What is the URL of the .wordpress.com blog involved?
  Which username registered that blog, purchased the upgrade for it, and applied for the refund?

  Hi @katelynelaineland, so to undo a refund, typically you would just purchase the upgrade again.

  The exception is with domain registrations: when those are cancelled within the first 48 hours, the registrar will release them for re-purchase within a few business days.
