How can I undo an import from another blog?

  I imported the wrong posterous blog to this url.
  Instead of importing kephaniestatic.posterous.com, I imported stephaniekatic.posterous.com

  Is there a way to undo this, and import the correct blog into this one?

  You can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk. You can then import the correct Posterous blog.
