undo cancellation

    Hi,
    I did not mean to cancel and delete my account. Can we please undo the cancellation? If possible, I am ready to ugrade my account as well.

    Hi there,

    Can you tell us a bit more about what you are trying to set up? I can confirm that you recently cancelled and refunded the renewal of dortayaklisehir.org for another year of service.

    However, it seems that before you cancelled you transferred your domain to another registrar. I can confirm that that transfer (which is automated) is in-progress and we are not able to cancel it on our end. You can instead contact the new registrar to confirm the transfer is complete.
