undo customize

  Please help. Is there anyway I can ‘undo’ the customize of my site? I don;t like ot at all and would like to leave it as it was before. My posts have all gone into capitals, I’ve lost the image I had as a header image and my links to facebook and instagram have gone,
  I don;t like it at all, anything I can do to change it back?
