Undo Domain Mapping

    I checked out the FAQ and the forums and tried all the suggested steps to undo my domain mapping specifically changing my nameservers back to my hosting coming. It may just be a time issue (did this at least 5 hours ago) but my domain is still redirected to my old wordpress.com site rather than to my new hosted account. Thoughts?

    Patience young Padowan. ;)

    Nameservers can take up to 72 hours to update properly right round the ‘net. Leave it without playing for a couple of days and just check regularly.

    I think if you’re still having problems after 72 hours you’ll have to speak with GoDaddy as it’s not a problem with the wordpress.com system.
