Undo-ing the Edit

As i was editing the theme of my website, i came to realize that my page title is not recognized. How do i know this? the sidebars which are supposed to change on every page, stayed the same. also, when i want to edit a specific page through the pluggin, i wasn’t able to see the page, i only see checkbox. the more pages i make, the more checkboxes available. So im wondering if there’s a way i can restore this to a few hours or a day of work? thank you
