Undo Redirect? Can’t login….

I’m in charge of managing our company blogs, which aren’t hosted on WP, but I don’t know where else to go with this, since all my work has been through the WP admin dashboard.
We have several blogs that were set up by a previous employee:
http://www.bloominpromotions.com/blog
and
with the latter being the more up to date, current one. I’d like to just have the old address redirect to the new one, so that anytime someone types in the URL or goes there from a link somewhere, they go to bloomin.com/blog.
I thought I was doing this from the bloominpromotions.com/blog/wp-admin dashboard, but as soon as i hit “save changes”, I was logged out.
Now, whenever I go to http://www.bloominpromotions.com/blog/wp-admin, it automatically redirects to http://www.bloomin.com/wp-admin. I can’t access the back end/dashboard controls for the old blog.
Any ideas? Thanks.
