  How do I change the theme back to my old theme?

  Hi, that depends. If your site is hosted here on WordPress.com and the theme you used previously is still available in the Theme Showcase, you should be able to activate it under Appearance>Themes in your site’s dashboard. If you’re not sure what theme you were using, check the Jetpack Activity Log in your dashboard.

  However, if that previous theme has been retired and is no longer available to activate, it won’t be possible to revert to that retired theme. https://wordpress.com/support/themes/retired-themes/
