undoing 'follow comments' choice I made on another's blog

  I made the mistake of checking a box on someone else’s blog to ‘follow comments’ and now get way too many emails of all the follow-up comments. How can I undo that decision I had made to check the ‘follow comments’ box on their blog page when I made my initial comment??
