    Hi I opted out of the personal plan and I would need a full refund.

    This is for the site, alexnogues.com, correct?

    We haven’t charged you for that site yet. It looks like the charge on your statement might be a pre-authorisation, but the actual charge did not go through. That authorisation should be removed from your statement within a few days.
