Undue invoiced charge and site deletion

    I have just received a charge in my bank account for Custom Design on one of the sites I administer in WordPress. It is my belief that I had deprecated such improvement time ago for I want to delete this site. Yesterday I tried again but I was not able to do it and the message is that I have some upgrades I have to delete first but I do not see them. I did and I want to erase a .com domain previously attached too but I still see it. Can you help me please? Kind Regards

    Hi there,

    Since your site has paid upgrades associated with it. Before you can delete your site, you’ll need to remove them. This prevents you from losing access to your paid upgrades.

    Click on the Manage Upgrades button to be taken to the Purchases page. Once there, use the links provided on that page to
    cancel your upgrades.
