  Bonjour !
  Lorsque je cherche à publier une image d’en tête et que je souhaite la recadrer, on m’annonce “une erreur est survenue lors de votre recadrage”. Que faire ?

  Hi there, which image is it that you are having problems with so that I can take a look at it?

  Is the image to be used for the header on your site, or are you wanting to insert it into a page or post?

  Thanks. Let’s try this first of all. Log out of WordPress, clear your browser cache and cookies and then restart your browser and log back in and see if you can then crop your header and apply it.

  If that does not work, are you using the header option in the Customizer at Appearance > Customize > Header? If so, can you try going to Appearance > Header and see if you can crop and apply the header from there?

  Yes I did everything. I selected my photo and croped it. When I clicked on “crop”, it told me : an error has occurred during the cropping. And he didn’t publish it.
  Could it be because my image is too big ?

  Hmmm, I don’t believe there is any limit on image size for cropping, and I’ve not seen any others experiencing this problem. How big is the image (px x px and file size)?

  I can check the image if you upload it to your Media Library and then let me know the name of it.

  The suggested size for a header image in Sketch is 1092px wide by 400px tall. I might suggest creating the image to those dimensions in an image editing program on your computer, if you can.

  Hmmm, that is very huge. I would suggest editing that image on your computer and resizing/croping a copy of it down to 1092px wide by whatever height you want it and then use that image. I think you will be much happier with the image quality that way. WordPress does a good job on resizing and cropping of images, but given the size of your image, I think a dedicated image editing program on your computer would be better.
