Unequal treatment of bloggers?

  I have noticed that certain bloggers report details, concerning their site-visitors, which go far beyond those available on the stats page. How is this possible if plug-ins such as Google Analytics are banned?

  Google analytics are not allowed on WordPress.com.
  The stats page on WordPress.com homepage gives you some extra info.

  There are lots of other stats packages that you can use with WordPress.com. I use Whosamung.us, and Timethief has a roundup of them at http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com
