Unexitable pop-up window upon any click on Website

  I am having an issue with my website http://www.synergylinked.com.

  When I click anywhere on the website a large pop-up, well, pops-up. It cannot be exited other than by pressing the ESC key.

  I have disabled all plugins and that hasn’t fixed the issue. I wonder if it is an issue with the Theme but I am hoping I can get some advice here.
