Unexpected $18 bill

    I have received a bill to my corporate credit card for $18 from WordPress. I have no active WordPress sites of which I’m aware and (obviously) my accountant is unhappy about this :-). Would like to communication with a rep asap. Thanks.

    That sounds like a domain name renewal under a different account, and I’ve tagged this for staff to follow up with you. You might look up the transaction ID here to see the resulting domain name: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com

    Don’t post transaction IDs or other sensitive information in a reply, but if the form results in some information, let us know the domain name.
