Unexpected Charge

  I have £151.10 taken out of my account and I want to know what for; I have tried the https://wpchrg.com site and it says the details do not look correct. Please can you let me know how to track this payment down or should I simply assume that WP has been hacked? – Thank you

  Doesn’t appear to work = the form takes you to the public forum, and the other option – if you still need help also directs you to the forum – all I need is a straightforward email contact. Is there one?

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
