Unexpected charge

  Hello. I was charged $120 for an account I don’t even have access to, and I didn’t sign up to have payments taken out automatically. I would like a refund please.

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
