  Hi I have been charged but I thought I canceled.
  My emails are (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Perhaps you have more than one account here? If you do, but you do not recall the password, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  Also, if you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.
